Smell: Kind of like SPAM.

Texture: Like SPAM.

Method of preparation: Once slice raw as control;
the rest was baconized to reduce fat.

Comments: Raw slice had kind of a liverwurst-y taste,
if you like that. I don't. After extensive smoking on the barbeque,
the liverwurst taste was less obvious, but still there.

Overall Rating: I rate this inferior to SPAM, because of the liverwurst taste.
