Smell: Very spammy.
Texture: Like moosh.
Method of preparation: Sample from can, fried with cheese.
Comments: Aluminum can. Made with Pork and chicken.
Real SPAM has a relatively firm, meaty texture. This stuff is soft and
gooshy, like egg salad. If you are planning to fry it and drive off
some of the water, the texture can be improved.
As advertised, less salty than SPAM, which is not saying much because
SPAM is really salty.
Overall Rating: 5/10, really not a very good substitute for the real thing.
