Smell: Like liverwurst.

Texture: Smooth. Too smooth. Almost gelatinous.

Method of preparation: Out of the can.

Comments: Very smooth, rather bland, but slightly like liverwurst.

Overall Rating: I really did not like it. Taste, texture, nothing was right.
