Smell: Not much of a smell.

Texture: Firm and slightly mealy.

Method of preparation: Sample from can.

Comments: ISO 9001. Can was purchased in Super Brand Mall in Shanghai China.

Overall Rating: Although they probably just threw in some Cayenne, the spicy
product had more appeal to me than the standard product, which was just too
bland. I only ate a small sample because the can was really old.
