Smell: Lunchmeaty
Texture: Like rubbery bologna, and very uniform.
Method of preparation: Sampled out of can for this report.
Comments: Not clove-spicy like some other similar products, mild,
smooth rubbery texture but easy to chew. The low fat content can cause
sticking and burning if you try to fry it, but it would work out well
just sliced in a sandwich.
Overall Rating: If you need something lower in fat, this may be your
ticket. And, if you need Halal, this is one of only a handful of
products that meet that. Really not in the same category as Spam, but
not bad for canned meat.
