Smell: SPAM with slight liverwurst smell.

Texture: Seemed rather soft, easy to cut. Like liverwurst.

Method of preparation: Barbequed over a smoky mesquite fire.
Cooked until it was hard like bacon, then the fat was squeezed into a
wad of paper towels.

Comments: Pork and Chicken
Tried uncooked, it was salty and had a so-so taste.

Overall Rating: Different from Spam.
