Smell: Beefy canned meat smell.
Texture: Very firm, stands up for itself.
Method of preparation: Sample from can.
Comments: First aluminum can from Ziyad. The older beef product was
much more uniform and pulverized, this has larger chunks and is just
more recognizable as meat. Beef always scores well in my book, it is
gamier and has more flavor than the other meats.
Overall Rating: Pretty darn good. There is no beef version of real SPAM,
so it is hard to say it is just as good, but if you must have beef, here
is your Halal main course.
